We offer high-quality, customized therapy for a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, transitional issues and relationship issues. Our skilled clinicians and staff are trained to provide culturally competent care to best address the issues faced by our military community. If a veteran, service member, or family member is in crisis, we will make every effort to schedule them the same day.
Our care is confidential and private. We will not share your information with any public, private or government entities unless required by law. All post-9/11 veterans, their families, and active-duty service members and their families are eligible for treatment. Service members of all branches, including the National Guard/Reserves, regardless of activation status, and their families are also eligible.
The Cohen Clinic at The Up Center accepts most major insurances and will work with clients on a case-by-case basis to ensure that any barriers to care are addressed. Active-duty service members need a TRICARE referral. For those with no insurance, care may be available at no cost. CVN is contracted with DoD TRICARE and VA as part of the VA Community Care Network of providers under the VA Mission Act.

I reached out to the Cohen Military Family Clinic at The Up Center after months of feeling overwhelmed from my husband’s deployment and trying to manage everything at home alone. I was honestly nervous to call, but the intake was super easy and the staff talked to me like a real person, not a “case.” My therapist used simple CBT tools that actually helped me calm down in the evenings, and the case manager even helped me figure out childcare options. We’re not “perfect” now, but our home feels lighter, and I’m sleeping better. I really recommend this place to any military spouse who feels stretched thin.
