Talktechnow is a Rotorua-based IT services and computer support business located at 1232 Eruera Street. We help homes, small businesses, schools, trusts, and community organisations with practical, reliable technology support.

Our services include laptop and desktop repairs, upgrades, new and refurbished computers, onsite IT support, field support, break/fix work, hands-and-eyes support, IMAC/D tasks, business IT assistance, and cybersecurity-focused advice.

We also specialise in giving older devices a second life through our Clean Engine Linux Builds and Device Revival services. Many laptops, desktops, iMacs, MacBooks, and selected Chromebooks are still good hardware but become slow, unsupported, or too expensive to maintain. Talktechnow can assess whether suitable devices can be refurbished, upgraded, securely wiped, and rebuilt for fast, private, everyday use.

Founder Clemens is an IT Systems Integration Specialist who studied at the DAA Academy in Stuttgart, Germany, completed multiple cybersecurity courses, and previously led a 25-person team on one of the largest computer rollout projects for the German Military.
