Design-Build Home Renovations, Additions and New Construction

Construction Corps is a veteran-owned design-build general contractor based in Clearwater, serving Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties. We handle full home renovations, additions, ADUs, ground-up new homes, commercial tenant improvements, and water, mold, and storm build backs.

Design-build means one contract, managed in-house: design, engineering, permitting, and construction under one company. We start with plans and design first, so the project is planned around a realistic budget before construction begins.

Our in-house Florida licenses include General Contractor (CGC1530192), Engineering (FBPE39242), Electrical (EC13013956), and Plumbing (CFC1432954). Our W-2 field crews work alongside vetted trade partners. Construction Corps is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
