A strong content program starts before a single word is written. I build editorial calendars, topic clusters, and publication roadmaps that connect what a brand needs to say with what its audience is actually searching for and reading. This means auditing existing content, mapping gaps against competitors, and translating business goals — lead generation, authority building, product education — into a concrete, sequenced plan editors and marketing teams can execute against. I work with keyword and topic research to group content into clusters that build topical authority over time, rather than isolated posts that compete with each other for the same search intent. Each roadmap accounts for publication cadence, resource constraints, and seasonal or industry-cycle timing, so the calendar is realistic, not aspirational. For fintech, SaaS, and crypto clients especially, strategy also has to anticipate regulatory shifts, product launches, and market volatility that can make a plan obsolete overnight — so I build in review checkpoints rather than treating the calendar as fixed. The result is a living document that gives stakeholders visibility into what's coming, why it matters, and how it ladders up to measurable outcomes, whether that's organic traffic growth, share of voice in industry press, or a steady drumbeat of executive visibility.
