GP Good Prospects is a coaching and training company based in Berlin. We support people in (re-)entering the professional world, reorienting their careers, and planning their next steps in a clear and actionable way. In our coaching, the focus is on making strengths and potential visible, improving application documents and strategy, and identifying suitable job and development opportunities that genuinely fit our clients’ real-life situations.

Good Prospects works with individual, practical measures that can look different depending on each person’s starting point: from career and application coaching to academic career entry and reorientation processes, as well as psycho-social stabilisation during challenging phases of life. Coaching sessions take place in Berlin and, depending on the programme, also online.

Programmes & Focus Areas (selection):

• AVGS Coaching (Coaching Voucher): individually funded coaching for career orientation, activation, application strategy, and improving employment prospects.

• Academic Coaching: specifically for university graduates and academics, e.g. for career entry, reorientation, career changes, or strategic career planning.

• Psycho-Social Coaching according to §16k SGB II: solution-focused support for crises, stress, conflicts, or overwhelm, with a focus on stabilisation, resilience, and the ability to take action.
