Our Mission & Heritage Since its establishment in 1990, Bacchus Marsh Childcare & Kindergarten Centre has remained a family-owned and operated pillar of early childhood education. Our mission is to provide services that are practical, reliable, and responsive to the needs of modern families. We recognize that the early years are the vital building blocks for later life, and we are committed to providing a safe, stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and discover.

Educational Philosophy We believe that children learn best through play. Our programs are sensitive to the individual needs of families and reflect the latest research in child-directed learning. By embracing the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF), we ensure our curriculum meets the highest national standards. We provide a balance of structured and unstructured experiences, utilizing both indoor and outdoor environments to help children acquire essential social, language, and physical skills.

Community & Continuity of Care We are proud to be the smallest long-day care service in the Bacchus Marsh area, offering just 50 places to ensure an intimate, high-quality experience. Our service acts as a seamless bridge from infancy to primary school, offering vacation care and school-age programs alongside our core kindergarten curriculum. We operate with a deep respect for the traditional owners of our land and maintain a non-denominational, inclusive environment where every individual is treated with respect and dignity.
